(LUCKNOW, ON) – On July 4th, 2011 at 3:21 pm, the South Bruce OPP was called to a disturbance along Walter Street in Lucknow. Officers could hear a man shouting as they arrived on scene. The two suspects were quickly identified and arrested. During the arrest, one of the men tried to hit a police officer.
37 year old Kent BIEMAN of Lucknow has been charged with Assault a peace officer, Assault with intent to resist arrest and Cause disturbance. 51 year old Edward KLEIST of Lucknow has been charged with Cause disturbance. Both men are scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on August 29th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
