(TEESWATER, ON) – On July 8th, 2011 at 11:43 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a call to an ATV crash on Logan Street in the town of Teeswater. Officers attended and discovered the male driver had been drinking alcohol and riding without a helmet when he lost control of the ATV. He was taken to the Wingham hospital for assessment of minor injuries. 24 year old Tristan Reinhardt of Teeswater is charged with Impaired operation and Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial court on August 29th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
