A 23 year old Owen Sound resident turned himself in to police Wednesday morning. The male admitted to losing control after trying to do some burn outs in the 300 block of 21st Street West. The driver avoided striking a parked car and instead collided into a house. The driver must now attend court on the 14th of August 2014 to answer to a charge of Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle under the Criminal Code and Failing to Report under the Highway Traffic Act.
