(KINLOSS TWP, ON) – On July 23rd, 2011 at 2:41 am, the South Bruce OPP received a call to Fisherman’s Cove for an impaired driving complaint. Park security staff was speaking with the male driver as officers arrived on scene. The man had been drinking alcohol, but refused to provide a breath sample to police. 34 year old Rui SIMOES of Culross Township has been charged with Fail to provide breath sample. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on September 12th, 2011 to answer to the charge.
