(KINCARDINE, ON) – On July 24th, 2011 at 2:00 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol noticed a speeding truck on MacCaskill Road in Kincardine. The truck was stopped and the driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. 21 year old Ryan BYRNES of Greenock Township has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on August 22nd, 2011 to answer to the charge.
