Barrie Police officers were detailed to a male attempting to pry tubing from a vacant building on Collier St. The officers were advised that the male was now leaving the area. The officers located the suspect who was in possession of the plastic tubing. The 36 yr old Barrie male was arrested for mischief and theft. The male has an extensive record for similar offences and was held for a bail hearing.
