On July 5, 2014 at 8:51 p.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with an E-bike in the area of the Willow West Mall after receiving information that the driver may be impaired. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He refused to provide a breath sample and was arrested.
Jimmy Angrignon, 49 years of Guelph has been charged with refuse to provide breath sample. He will appear in court on September 2, 2014.
