On July 8, 2014 at 3:19 a.m. Waterloo Regional Police and the Ministry of Labour responded to a workplace accident on Fairway Road South in the city of Kitchener. An employee was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after falling from the rear of a transport trailer. The scene was held by police until an inspector from the Ministry of Labour responded. The investigation will be completed by the Ministry of Labour.
