(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Monday July 07, 2014, Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were contacted by a rural property owner who resides along Perth Line 86 east of Molesworth, who reported thefts.
Investigation revealed that sometime between 6 p.m. Friday July 04, and 10 a.m. on Monday July 7th, unknown person(s) entered onto the property on an ATV. Access was gained by driving through cultivated fields that are adjacent to the victim’s property.
While on the property, fuel was syphoned from a vehicle fuel tank and a locked shed was forced open out of which a chain hoist and wire were removed.
