(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Monday July 07, 2014, the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call from a Boyd Ave South resident in Listowel, who reported the theft of a bicycle from the back of a camper trailer that was parked on the residential driveway.
The candy apple green Minelli 21 speed mountain bike was removed from the trailer which had been backed up against the garage. The theft occurred sometime between 6 p.m. on Sunday July 06, and 9 a.m. Monday July 07, 2014. The bike had been left unlocked on the rack.
A second bicycle was stolen from the front porch of a Barber Ave North residence sometime between 11 p.m. Monday July 07, and the noon hour on Tuesday July 08, 2014.
This bike had been locked to the front porch of the residence however the culprit(s) cut the lock enabling the removal of the bike. The bike is described as a black Schwinn adult 18 speed mountain bike. The bike has front shocks, a battery operated red tail light, and a kickstand.
