(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service Major Crime Section is confirming that Devontay HACKETT, 18 years old, of Ottawa, wanted for one count of 2nd Degree Murder was arrested in Toronto this afternoon by the Toronto Police Service.
It is expected that he will appear in court in Ottawa on Saturday, July 12, 2014.
