The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man for failing to comply with his release conditions.
On July 8, 2014, the man was released from custody with several conditions. One of those conditions stated that he was to reside at a specific address on Adelaide Street in Chatham.
Yesterday, police received information that the man was no longer living at that address. Officers located the man early this morning and he was arrested.
The 20-year-old Chatham man has been charged with failing to comply. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
