On July 14, 2014 Waterloo Regional Police arrested 42 year old Mark STROEDER of Kitchener for Break and Enter Commit x 2, Possession of Stolen Property under $5000, and Breach of his probation. Police allege the accused broke into a residence in Woolwich Township on July 1, 2014 while the family was away watching Canada Day fireworks. While inside he allegedly stole jewelry and their 6 month old boxer puppy named “Justice”. With the help of the public, police located the puppy and returned him home to his family. STROEDER is also accused of breaking into a trailer on July 4, 2014 at a Kitchener trailer park. The accused has been remanded into custody and will appear in court again on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 The puppy was not harmed during this incident.
