Ronald Frank – Drunk Driving, Drive With No Licence

(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – At approximately 10:00 p.m. on August 6, 2011, a Huron OPP officer received a call of an unwanted male and female at a residence on High Street in Clinton. Further investigation revealed the male party had driven to the residence and would not leave. The officer observed the male driver to be under the influence of alcohol. He was subsequently arrested and transported to the Goderich detachment to meet with a qualified Intoxilizer Technician in order to provide two samples of his breath.

The results of the two tests confirmed that the driver had a blood alcohol level that was above the legal limit of 80 milligrams of alcohol.

As a result of the investigation, Ronald FRANK (42) of Goderich has been charged with one count of Drive With Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol, one count of Impaired Driving and Drive Motor Vehicle with No Licence. He will answer to his charge in the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on October 3, 2011. His driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days as per statute.
