On July 27, 2014, the Guelph Police received a complaint of assault. It is alleged that after a verbal argument in the downtown area, the accused struck the victim on the right side of his jaw with a closed fist, knocking him to the ground. The victim suffered a broken jaw and was treated at the Guelph General Hospital.
Michael Brock STUMPF, 20 years of Elora, has been charged with assault cause bodily harm. He will appear in court on September 5, 2014.
