On July 28, 2014 at 8:30 a.m., Guelph Police responded to a London Road residence for an unwanted person. A night shift worker had returned home to discover an unknown male asleep in their bed.
Joseph PETRIC, 46 years of Guelph was charged with trespass by night. He will appear in court on September 5, 2014.
