(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Saturday July 26, 2014, around 11:30 p.m., Perth County Ontario Provincial Police officers were dispatched to a traffic complaint involving a vehicle swerving all over the road on Line 81 near Trowbridge.
Officers arrived in the area within minutes of the call and located the suspect vehicle in a driveway. The male driver of the vehicle displayed signs of impairment. He was arrested and transported to the Stratford Police Station where he failed two Intoxilyzer breath tests.
Abram WALL (33) of the Municipality of North Perth has been charged with “care or control while impairedâ€Â, and “care or control over 80 mgs†these charges are both contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is to appear at the Listowel Court of Justice on September 03, 2014 to answer to these charges. He was issued a 90 day driver’s licence suspension and the pickup truck has been impounded for seven days.
