Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a report of a robbery. On Thursday July 31st 2014 two Kitchener men, both 21 years reported being robbed at the intersection of East Avenue and Borden Avenue North at approximately 12:35 am. The two victims were approached by three suspects who were in possession of an object resembling a handgun and demanded their belongings. The two victims cooperated and the suspects subsequently fled on foot into a treed area at the intersection. There were no injuries. There were three suspects all male. Police are following up with possible leads and are requesting the public’s assistance with any information regarding the suspects.
