Members of the London Police Service Crime Analysis Unit have identified six complaints involving indecent acts that involve a male exposing his penis or masturbating in public parks, bike paths, or green spaces between June 25, 2014 and July 11, 2014.
It is important that the public be aware of these incidents at this time of year when parks and bike paths are used more frequently. It is possible that there are more of these types of incidents that have not been reported to the police.
The six incidents are not linked to one suspect, or one location. The locations of the incidents are in the vicinities of the bike paths and the green space of Springbank Park, Greenway Park, Gibbons Park, Oakridge pool, and Cheltenham Park. Four incidents occurred during daylight hours and two incidents during evening hours.
The suspect descriptions for each incident are as follows:
Springbank Park – male, white, 20’s, short brown hair, shorts, t-shirt, orange backpack
Springbank Park – male, white, 5’7â€, 20-30 years, grey shorts, tank top, baseball hat and circular tattoo on left shoulder
Greenway Park – male, white, 30’s, 5’10’, heavy build, brown cowboy hat, grey shorts, black tank top, black jacket
Oakridge Pool – male, white, teens, buzzed blonde hair, blue shirt, red shorts, back pack and a skateboard
Gibbons Park – male, white, 30’s, 5’8
