On August 8, 2014 at 12:50 a.m., the Guelph Police received a report of a possible impaired driver in the area of Gordon Street. The driver and vehicle were located on Gordon Street and a traffic stop was conducted. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Larry KEMP, 40 years of Guelph has been charged with drive over 80mg. He will appear in court on August 19, 2014.
