On the 14th of August 2014 at about 9:00 p.m. Chatham-Kent Police were dispatched to a call regarding a disturbance near Tecumseh park. Upon arrival a 27 year old male from Chatham was located and arrested for assault.
As a result of the investigation, the male was charged with 3 counts of assault and one count of mischief and released with a future court date.
