(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Friday August 26, 2011 around 2 p.m. Perth County OPP officers were called to a single motor vehicle crash on Perth Line 55 west of Monkton.
Investigation revealed that a Pontiac Grand Prix had been driving east bound on Perth Line 55 east of Road 169. The vehicle veered from the east bound lane across the west bound lane entering the north ditch where it rolled, struck a fence and came to rest on its roof. The 22 year old male driver from the Municipality of North Perth was transported to Listowel Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. The driver has been charged with careless driving and with driving a motor vehicle with a speed measuring warning device.
