(ST.MARYS, ON) On Thursday August 21, 2014, shortly after 2:30 p.m., a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer conducted a traffic stop on Queen St. West in St.Marys. The driver of the car failed a roadside breath test and was transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville where he failed two Intoxilyzer breath tests.
Jeffrey GRIFFITHS (21) of St.Marys has been charged with, “driving with more than 80 mgs. of alcohol in bloodâ€Â. The male was released on a Promise to Appear, and is scheduled to attend at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on September 15, 2014 to answer to this charge. He was also issued a 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his car was impounded for 7 days.
