(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service Guns & Gangs Unit is investigating an incident where shots were fired in the area of Shillington Avenue on August 23, 2014.
At approximately 4:30am, several 911 calls were received from callers mentioning hearing gunshots.
Patrol officers attended and canvassed the area. No victim was located but several shell casings were found. There was also no evidence to suggest someone had been hurt.
