A concerned citizen contacted police to advise officers of a male on Anne street at Dunlop street who appeared intoxicated by alcohol and who was walking into traffic attempting to flag down passing cars. Police located the male on Anne street at Brock street and after a brief investigation took custody of the male out of concern for his well-being. The male was held in custody at the station until sober.
