A vehicle was observed driving erratically in the south end of Barrie last night. The vehicle drove into another vehicle causing a great deal of damage before fleeing the scene. The vehicle fled into the South Simcoe Police area. The South Simcoe Police and the Barrie Police coordinated their efforts and located the driver and vehicle. A male suspect was arrested and charged with impaired driving and further criminal charges related to the collision he caused.
