Arrest

On Sunday morning a 25 year old Toronto male was arrested and charged with assault, uttering threats of bodily harm, mischief and assault. This occurrence dates back to the 4th of July 2014, when the accused is alleged to assaulted a former girlfriend on Blake St. It’s alleged that the incident occurred when both were walking along the lakefront near Johnsons Beach. At some point the female slipped and fell into the water, the accused attempted to assist her and ended up falling in also getting his cellular telephone wet. The accused became upset and assaulted her on the way homes well as threatening her. He also destroyed some belongings at her residence and later stole some small items. Alcohol was a major factor in this incident. The accused was released on an undertaking with conditions.
