(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service has identified an individual related to a night prowler incident in the Rockcliffe area.
The individual came forward in response to a public release of video last week and has been interviewed by police.
A thorough investigation has determined no charges should be laid. A satisfactory amount of evidence shows the person entered the wrong home in error.
The individual has been formally cautioned by police and the matter is now closed.
