(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service Major Crime Unit would like to speak to anyone who was in the vicinity of Elgin and Frank streets between 2:15am and 2:45am on Saturday, August 23rd.
“No one should assume that they have nothing special to contribute to the ongoing homicide investigation for Jabeir Jemmie,†said Staff Sergeant Rob Drummond, Major Crime Unit, Ottawa Police Service. “If you were in that area that night, you may have seen something, noticed someone, or even captured something on your cell phone that could be important.â€Â
