On Wednesday, September 3rd,2014, at approximately 3:40 am, in the area of Lawrence Av & Paulander Dr in the city of Kitchener, two males known to each other became involved in a physical confrontation. Knives were brandished. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival. A 20 year old male was transported to a hospital where he is being treated for a non life threatening stab wound. The subject was arrested nearby a short time after. A 30 year old male faces Aggravated Assault and Weapons Dangerous charges and was held for showcause. Alcohol was believed to be a factor in the incident.
