On September 2, 2014 between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m., then again between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. the Guelph Police increased enforcement in selected school zones. The areas of Victoria Road North, Grange Road and Westwood Road saw 13 speeding tickets issued and 5 parking warnings given. Police will continue to have increased enforcement in school zones so slow down, be aware of your surroundings and give the kids a break.
