(WALKERTON, ON) – On September 6th, 2011 at 4:56 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a 2 car crash on Durham Street East in Walkerton. Officers attended with Walkerton Fire and Bruce County Ambulance to find that a Black Chevrolet Bolt hit a Silver Ford Focus that was stopped for a crosswalk. The driver of the Chevrolet, 18 year old Jessica FISCHER of Culross Township, was charged with Careless driving. A passenger in the Focus was taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
