(HURON TWP, ON) – On September 8th, 2011 at 12:15 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Highway 21, near the construction area by Concession 6, Huron Township, watched a White Ford Focus drive through a red light. 38 year old Stephen RYAN of Hibbert Township was charged with Red light – proceed before green. The penalty for disobeying a red light is a fine of $325 and 3 demerit points.
