On September 6, 2014 at 2:25 a.m., the Guelph Police responded to a 911 call at a residence on Nottingham Street. The female caller was reporting that someone was breaking into her home and that she has locked herself in the bathroom. Police arrived to find that the intoxicated male had kicked in the door, he was located in the bedroom and arrested.
Derek Page, 19 years of Mississauga has been charged with unlawfully in a dwelling and mischief under $5,000. He will appear in court on October 24, 2014.
