On the 8th of September 2014, a 51 year old Waterloo resident was arrested and charged in relation in this incident as well as the theft of a bell from another incident. The male has been charged with 2 counts of Theft Under $5000, 2 counts of Trafficking in Property Obtained by Crime, Possession of Stolen Property Under $5000, and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine.

On Tuesday, August 26th, 2014 between 6:00 am and 7:00 pm unknown suspects attended the area of Royal Orchard Drive in the city of Kitchener and stole a life sized sculpture Pianist on a Bench” from the front yard of a Kitchener home. This sculpture is made of driftwood and is very unique.
