The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a woman for failing to comply with her release conditions.
In May 2014, the woman was released from custody on a Recognizance with a condition to reside at a specific address in Erie Beach.
Last night, officers on general patrol in Wallaceburg observed the woman riding a bicycle on Arnold Street. Through investigation, officers learned that the woman was not residing in Erie Beach as required and she was arrested.
The 26-year-old woman of no fixed address has been charged with failing to comply. She has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
