Waterloo Regional Police continue to investigate a three vehcile collision that occurred on Line 86 at Manser Rd at approximately 8:13 pm on Wednesday September 10, 2014. A northbound vehicle on Manser Rd failed to stop for a stop sign at Line 86. The vehicle entered the intersection and was hit by an eastbound vehicle on the driver’s side. Both vehicles then hit a westbound vehicle on Line 86. The driver of the eastbound vehicle and the driver of the westbound vehicle on Line 86 were not injured from the collision. The y female driver of the northbound vehicle on Manser Rd was taken to Grand River Hospital where she succumbed to her injuries. The female passenger in the northbound vehicle was first taken to Listowel Hospital, but then transferred to London’s Victoria Hospital with serious injuries. The family of the deceased person has not been notified at this time. Weather conditions are considered to be a factor in this collision as it was raining heavily at the time. The investigation is continuing.
