(CARRICK TWP, ON) – On September 3, 2014 at 1:23 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a mischief report from a resident in the 100 block of Concession 8 west in Carrick Township. Sometime between 6:00 pm on September 2, 2014 and 10:00 am on September 3, 2014 a vehicle drove through the field damaging the crop. The value of the damage is estimated to be more than $500.
The punishment for mischief to property under $5,000 is a maximum of 2 years in prison.
