On Saturday September 13, 2014 at approximately 10 pm a Barrie Police Officer on routine patrol along Livingstone St West stopped a motor vehicle that was speeding.
The officer quickly determined that the male driver had consumed some alcohol and make a demand for a roadside breath sample.
The male driver refused to provide the officer with a roadside breath sample and was arrested for refusing to provide a breath sample upon demand.
As a result the 43 year old male was released with a future court date.
