On September 14, 2014 at 2:22 a.m., the Guelph Police were running a R.I.D.E. program at Woodlawn Road and Dawson Road. A vehicle was observed to appear to try to avoid the program. The vehicle and driver were located, police spoke with the male driver and he was arrested.
Matthew Dickson, 21 years of Elmira has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on September 30, 2014.
