(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) – On September 15, 2014 shortly after 9 p.m. Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a residence along Hwy 8 west of New Hamburg where a male was damaging things. Officers attended and located the male at the residence, they discovered he was intoxicated and was in possession of items from the home.
As a result of this investigation, police have charged 45 year old Gus MORSCHAUSER of Wilmot Twp., with the following Criminal Code of Canada offences:
Mischief
Theft over $5,000 x2
Care or control while impaired
Care or control over 80 mgs
The male was released on a Recognizance and is scheduled to attend at the Stratford Ontario Court of Justice on October 06, 2014, to answer to these charges.
