On September 21, 2014 at 1:50 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Woodlawn Road West. Police spoke with the male driver, determined he was impaired by alcohol and he was arrested.
Trevor Smith, 33 years of Elora has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on October 3, 2014.
