(SOUTH HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a suspicious fire that occurred early Saturday, September 20, 2014. A few minutes after 2:00 a.m. Huron OPP officers and South Huron Fire Department members responded to the shed fire located on Gidley Street West. Upon arrival police found the detached shed to be heavily damaged by fire. Inside the shed were tools, furniture, a bicycle and some miscellaneous bicycle parts. In addition, two vehicles parked nearby to the shed sustained minor damage.
The cause of the fire is unknown however it is believed to be suspicious.
