(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) Around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday October 01, 2011 Perth County OPP officers were conducting a RIDE check in Sebringville. A car was stopped and its driver failed a roadside breath test, he also failed two Intoxilyzer breath tests at the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville.
Jerry Lindeman (21) of the Municipality of West Perth has been charged with operation of a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He is scheduled to appear in Stratford Court on November 07, 2011 to answer to this charge. He was also issued a 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
