On October 1, 2014 at 3:20 p.m., the Guelph Police went to Edinburgjh Road North and Speedvale Avenue for a collision. It is alleged that a southbound Honda van driven by 43-year-old Guelph male was struck by an eastbound bicycle ridden by a 61-year-old Guelph male.
The van sustained approximately $2,000 damage. The cyclist was transported to Guelph Hospital by GWEMS for non-life threatening injuries.
No charges have been laid at this time as the investigation is ongoing.
