The word of Deputy Reeve David Raich’s alleged atrocity is slowly spreading throughout the community. The traditional guardians of democracy have let us down once again. The Wingham Advance Times did mention David Raich’s alleged conduct on page 4. The rest of the traditional media has chosen not to cover this topic. The Press is supposed to be one of the few checks and balances” that keep our elected officials inline. It is imperative that ALL media start covering Town Hall in an aggressive manner
