(BRANT TWP, ON) – On October 8th, 2011 at 1:22 am, members of the South Bruce OPP were conducting RIDE on the Greenock-Brant Townline, in the hamlet of Cargill. A Black Dodge Ram stopped at the checkpoint and officers noticed that the driver had been drinking alcohol.
20 year old Richard CHESNEY of Cargill has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on November 28th, 2011 to answer to the charge.
