(BRANT TWP, ON) – On October 9th, 2011 at 11:41 pm, members of the South Bruce OPP were conducting RIDE on County Road 10, Brant Township when a Grey Kia Sedona stopped. Officers determined that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 65 year old Gerald BURRELL of Elmwood has been charged with Impaired driving and Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial court on November 21st, 2011 to answer to the charges.
