At Tuesday night’s Committee of the Whole meeting, Bill Knott asked
another question. This time Mr. Knott wasn’t blasted with the
hostility from council, but with shocking honesty and a confession
from Neil Vincent. Deputy Raich did sternly ask Mr. Knott to stand
to ask his question, however; council did not return this sign of
respect and remained comfortably seated when they responded to
Knott’s question.
