Outstanding Warrant Arrest
A 20yr old male, who failed to attend court on the 17th of September 2014 on an outstanding theft charge, was located on Saturday the 18th of October 2014, and arrested on the outstanding warrant. Allan Deacon will be making a bail court appearance this morning and given a future court date.
Outstanding Warrant Arrest
A 33 yr old female was located on Saturday the 18th of October, and arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant for failing to appear in court. Leianne Jacobs failed to appear in court on the 26th of June 2014 on an outstanding Breach of Probation charge. Jacobs will be making a bail appearance this morning and given a future court date.
Breach of Probabtion Arrest
A 37 yr old male, who is bound by a Probation Order not to communicate by any means with females under the age of 16 yrs, decided to speak to and follow two 13 yr old females, in the area of Dufferin Avenue and Forhan Street in the town of Wallaceburg. The females became concerned for their well-being, and with the assistance of a citizen the Police were contacted and the suspect, Robert Whaley was located and arrested. Robert Whaley will be making a bail appearance this morning and will be given a future court date.
